Using the guide

***DISCLAIMER***

This guide is based entirely on my observations, experiences, and opinions.  As a result, it can never be totally complete and accurate, and your opinions and experiences may vary.  Surfing at Holtwood can be dangerous, and I take no responsibility for any kind of bad days on the river, if you can't find a good spot, or your car gets broken in to.  This guide is written from the perspective of an expert playboater, for other expert level playboaters.  It is certainly possible for others to play many of the spots at Holtwood, but choose wisely!  At several spots, a swim could easily result in a lost boat, leaving you stranded on the islands.  Please don't do anything that might jeopardize access, or otherwise upset PPL.
